1.What is your MOQ?
We accept 1 unit MOQ. We are an independent auto exporter, flexible for small dealers and individual buyers without mandatory bulk orders.
2.What payment methods are available?
We support Lianlian, T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Alibaba Trade Assurance is highly recommended to protect your order.
3.How long will it take to deliver the vehicles?
Transit time is 25–45 days generally, subject to destination port and shipping schedule. Both container and Ro-Ro shipping are available, and we will provide tracking information after shipment.
4.Can you prepare all export documents for customs clearance?
Yes. We supply complete documents including certificate of origin, FORM M, commercial invoice, packing list, inspection report and bill of lading to help you clear customs smoothly.
5.Do you inspect the cars before loading?
All vehicles get pre-shipment inspection. We send photos and videos covering appearance, interior, mileage and functions for your confirmation before shipment.
6.What types of cars can you supply?
We provide brand-new and good-quality used Chinese vehicles, including EVs, sedans and SUVs. Just send us your target model, we will check stock availability for you.
7.How do you protect the cars during container loading?
We use tension straps, wheel locks and car covers for secure fixing. Full loading photos will be sent to you after finishing loading.
8.Which countries can you export to?
We mainly export to Africa, Russia and CIS regions. Tell me your destination country, we will verify local import rules and document requirements in advance.
